Dr. James McDowell is a respected bariatric surgeon from Austin, TX, who completed his surgical residency at Vanderbilt University, establishing a strong foundation in surgery. He holds notable positions as the president of the Nashville Surgical Society and Chief of Surgery at St. Thomas Midtown Hospital. As Bariatric Director, Dr. McDowell helps patients achieve weight loss through surgical procedures. His dedication to patients' long-term well-being is evident in his creation of N of 1 Wellness, which aims to address their unmet needs and enhance their overall health.

Carmen comes to us with a wealth of experience and a dedication to providing exceptional care to our patients. She has a background in Emergency Medicine, Vascular Access and even concierge medicine in New York City! She is the mother of five kids and lives in Franklin, TN
